Phyllis Marie O’Mealey formerly Cole, was a long-time resident of Salt Fork, Lamont, Enid Oklahoma as well as Moscow Texas. The last eleven years she resided with her youngest daughter in Willis Texas. Phyllis went to go with the lord on July 31, 2023, at HCA Houston Healthcare Conroe at the age of 89. After a lengthy battle with Alzheimer's Disease. Phyllis Marie O’Mealey (Cole) was born August 25,1933 in Salt Fork, OK., in Grant County. Phyllis was raised in the Christian Church. She was a graduate of Lamont High School, class of 1951. She worked as a Rosie the Riveter for Beech Aircraft in Wichita, KS., as a young woman. Phyllis married Lawrence Dunn O’Mealey in Buffalo, OK., and together they raised 10 children. The Couple moved to Moscow, TX., in the late 70’s to raise their youngest child, Lisa. Mom loved gardening, flowers, painting, crafting, genealogy, reading, cooking, along with a good laugh. She was a homemaker and could always make something out of nothing. Phyllis was someone who was always trying to learn new things whether it be from a new book or new recipe, to a new style of craft she had seen and wanted to try. Phyllis had a big heart with a lot of love to give and had a will that couldn't be swayed, she had a personality that could strike up a conversation with anyone and the generations she raised could make them mind with one finger. She is survived by her children and stepchildren, Lisa O'Mealey-Ober and husband John and grandson Justin Ober.  Sons; Russel L. O’Mealey, Dwayne E. O’Mealey and wife Orpha, Michael R. Robertson, Frank D. O’Mealey, and Daniel L. Robertson. Daughters; Jerri Deck (Robertson), Anita White (Robertson), Sandra Nowicki (Robertson), Susan Emery (Robertson).
