Graveside Services for Ellie Marie Merrell, 80, of Corrigan will be held on Tuesday, January 18, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. in the Tom Havard Cemetery in Zavalla, TX.

Mrs. Merrell was born on February 17, 1941 in Crockett to the late D.W. and Vernice (Redd) Oliver and went home to be with the Lord on Monday, January 10, 2022 in Corrigan.,

She is preceded in death by her parents, D.W. and Vernice Oliver; 2 baby boys; and 1 baby girl; husband, James William Merrell; brothers, James Woody Oliver and Zibbie Wesley Oliver; sisters, Bernice Anders, Martha Sue Russell, and Shirley Jean Gram.

Ellie is survived by her sons and daughter-in-law, Johnny Ray Merrell and Jimmy Earl Merrell; and Donald and Tonya Merrell; brothers, J.D. Oliver and Jerry Glenn Oliver; sisters, Geneva Redd, Barbara White, and Vernell Whintrop; 2 granddaughters and 1 grandson and other relatives and friends.
